Policies

CancellationS

A minimum of 48 hours' notice must be given to cancel or reschedule any and all appointments to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of $200.

Refunds / Exchanges

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on products and or services after they have been sold or after services have been rendered.

Minimum Age Requirements

By law we cannot provide tattoo services on anyone under the age of 16 years old and all guests that are under the age of 18 years old must have a consent form that is signed by their parent/guardian and must have that parent or guardian on the premises and in the procedure room during the entire service.

Arrival TIME

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so you can decompress, relax and make full use of the facilities. To maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the office, we ask that you silence your cell phones and all other electronic devices upon arrival. Regretfully, late or untimely arrival times may be subject to a reduced treatment time so that we can remain on schedule for our other subsequent guests and appointments. Thank you for your understanding!

Valuables

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Services & Prices

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, discontinue or change services and prices without notice to ensure standards of service and quality are being met.

Gratuity

Our staff works hard to help you achieve a higher state of happiness. While gratuity is optional and at your discretion, it is kindly accepted and appreciated greatly. We suggest 20% of the full service price of the service provided. This money allows us to take continued education / master classes so that we can continue to better ourselves. We thank you in advance!

For Your Safety

Guests with medical conditions are advised and required to consult with their doctors prior to booking any services. Please also kindly inform your technician of any existing medical conditions by both verbally telling them and also completing and listing it on our Client Intake Form prior to receiving your treatments. We reserve the right to discontinue a service for any reason to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
